At Vizon Clazes, we strive to provide high-quality education to our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund

•Full Refund: If a student withdraws within the first week of classes, they are eligible for a full refund.

•Partial Refund: Withdrawals within the second week may qualify for a 50% refund of the total fee.

•No Refund: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the second week.

2. Refund Process

•Refund requests should be emailed to vizonclazes@gmail.com with the reason for withdrawal.

•Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

3. Special Circumstances

In the event of serious illness, family emergencies, or other special situations, please contact us directly. Refunds in these cases are at the discretion of Vizon Clazes.
