Upon successful enrollment, students will be granted access to our online platforms, learning materials, and scheduled classes. Access information, including any necessary login details, will be shared via email or directly through our platform. Access to our content is non-transferable and intended solely for the registered student.
3. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling by Vizon Clazes
•Vizon Clazes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor availability, low enrollment, or other operational challenges.
•If a class is canceled by Vizon Clazes, we will notify students as soon as possible, and either reschedule the class or provide an equivalent makeup session.
•In cases where rescheduling is not possible, students may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit towards future classes, at the discretion of Vizon Clazes.
4. Student-Initiated Cancellations
•Single Class or Session Cancellation: If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, we encourage them to inform us in advance. We may provide access to a recording if available, but this is subject to our policy and availability.
•Course Withdrawal: If a student chooses to withdraw from a course, they should review our Refund Policy for details on potential refunds and eligibility. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled based on the specific terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Modifications to Policy
